  • We’ll sit down to talk about your vision and ideas. Once we gather enough information, we’ll create an estimate. It’s free-there’s no client cost associated with this portion of the project.

  • This is where we’ll meet in person to discuss the specifics. You get to choose all the materials, colors, and add-on customizations at this point. We’ll make some final selections and make sure you’re getting exactly what you envision.

  • We calculate an estimate based on materials and building time.

  • After the design stage is agreed upon, we’ll sign the final agreement to begin your project. This finalizes the details and we will work together on the schedule and next steps.

  • When construction begins our team will be available for any questions or concerns you may have during the process.

  • We’ll have a separate professional inspection of all the technical aspects you might not know to look for. You’ll receive an official certificate guaranteeing the quality is up to code.

  • We make sure to only work with brands that meet our quality standards. Most of our flooring and cabinetry comes with a limited lifetime warranty, but Montana Home Builders does offer a 1 year warranty of their work performed from the date of completion.
